East of the centre in BS4, Brislington's residential streets sit outside Bristol's Resident Permit Zone entirely, so there's no dashboard exemption to self-certify the way there is in Clifton or Redland, just an ordinary collection before the Severn crossing. It's flatter than the Clifton and Totterdown hills too, giving a full Luton nothing to navigate around.
Arriving in Cardiff
Central Cardiff, CF10, restricts loading on Queen Street and St Mary Street during shopping hours, 9am to 6pm, which matters for any delivery scheduled into that window. Outside of the shopping hours or the CF10 boundary, unloading a removal van is generally unrestricted, and crews will time a city-centre delivery accordingly.
Cardiff delivery points
Pontcanna and Canton, CF11 and CF5, have no loading restrictions on their residential streets, making them the simplest delivery points regardless of time of day. Cathays, CF24, has permit zones for residents, but removal vehicles carry a standard loading exemption there, so an unload shouldn't run into any issue.
Roath and Heath on delivery
