Full House Removals
1-4 bedroom house moves with a Luton van and crew. Fixed price agreed before dispatch covers loading, transport and unloading at the new address. Most 3-bed moves complete inside a day.
Flat Removals
Studio and 1-2 bed flat moves on the hourly model. A small or medium van plus driver typically clears a flat in 2-4 hours, including awkward communal stairs and permit parking.
Long-Distance Moves
London to Manchester, Bristol to Glasgow, anywhere in mainland UK. Priced by full distance, shown in the app before you confirm, with no motorway surcharge or fuel add-on.
End-of-Tenancy Clears

No surveyor, no quote-chasing

Insured, DBS-checked crews
Every removals operator passes five checks before their first job: photo ID and DBS background check, DVLA licence verification, goods-in-transit and public liability insurance confirmation, vehicle inspection, and platform training. What a UK house move actually costs
The UK removals market prices the same move three different ways. A traditional removal company quotes a 3-bed house at anywhere from £600 to £1,400 once the survey, packing materials and insurance line items land. A marketplace site starts cheaper but adds platform fees and leaves the final figure to whichever firm wins the bid. Hiring a van yourself looks cheapest until you add the hire fee, fuel, insurance excess and a full day of your own labour.
TowManVan replaces all three with one number. Smaller moves run hourly from £35, full house moves are quoted as a single fixed price from £299, and long-distance relocations are priced by the mile and shown before you book.
